Little Tor 6th grade 60-61 Mr Wagner

One of the new schools being readied for the rapidly growing number of students in the baby-boom years was Little Tor Elementary school. The 1960-61 school year was the first year it accepted students, and it started out full. We graduated two sixth-grade classes that year, Mr. Wagners, and Mr. Looney's, under principal Ray Webb.
