I almost missed it. The fishermen were all out before me already pushing their boats into the water. They said it was brighter even before I arrived. And the geese were out well before that! But this was bright enough. It was a glorious sunrise today. Lake Superior, Northern Ontario.

Thank you for the comments and the invite! Bee Nee, I just like to chase beauty wherever I can find it. I was lucky this morning to get up and move (I rise early but getting dressed and out the door was the hard part) and get a gorgeous sunrise. The best skies here are in deep winter. Once I was out in -18F cold to catch a good sunrise.

I use PS regularly and did add contrast and sharpening. It was a crazy shot with all that sun.
