magic mushroom

taken a looooong break from flickr as it was taking over everything else and i just couldnt keep up. trying to get back up to scratch with my photography and will keep checking in on here to see how everyones doing!

suprising that fungus can be so pretty! no macro lens on this one...just filters

Wow Claire, this is a fantastic close up shot, the detail you have captured is excellent.
Its nice to have an upload from you, ive always considered you one of the better photographers on flickr, you certainly have a lot of talent. I know what you mean about flickr, its easy to become a little obsessive about it and thats when it becomes time consuming, and eventually it can lead to a little of the fun disappearing, there is a middle line, its just a matter of finding that middle line that suits you.
