Damn dog

Chewed right through my Macbook power cable. While it was still plugged in the mains - how she didn't get an electric shock I've no idea.

The most embarrasing thing is that I was sat right next to her, working on my laptop. I thought she was chewing a bone, but it seemed she managed to get hold of the power cable. Wouldn't have happened with the old-style non-magnetic cables.

Incidentally these are 60 quid to replace! Ho hum.

Andrew - no, that's the terrible irony. The laptop was on my lap at the time the cable was being chewed. Poppy duped me into thinking she was chewing a bone when in fact she was destroying the lead.

Yes. Duped by a 4-month old puppy.
