Ice Cream Cup
Top view of my ice cream waffle cup.
So I decided to treat myself to some ice cream. Picked up neopolitan ice cream from Turkey Hill, a box of Keebler waffle cups and a box of strawberries. The whole treat was only 190 calories, 7g of fat. It's not too satisfying cause the cup is about the size of a small apple. But at least I got to taste some ice cream.
The real test is whether I can stomach ice cream. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it was my gall bladder all along.
