@Joe, oh yes, I have several new gummy bear products that came out just for Halloween...thanks for the invite but I am not posting these photos anywhere else I don't want to get fined and go to jail..!
@Maya, you hate Walmart as well?? what do you like then?
@Karen, yes, it's still freezing here today too and no I didn't pick up my ingredients for that beef soup you wanted
@Mary, I shop at walmart at least once a month other than that I try and avoid it

Many people shop there apparently because of it being there best shopping opportunity.

Many people work there apparently because it is the best job they can find.

It would be better to have better opportunities for all I suppose, but I don't think those can be easily or automatically created. Business that do create some opportunity are a good thing in a less then first best world - including Walmart.

well that astounds me, no photo policy!!!! jeez I'd have a field day with that mob by jeez..

our current government (liberals) has introduced the american style work place relation laws into the country, this has been very unpopular and the they are about to get their arses kicked out in the nex month or so, the new government (labour) will reform the industrial relations laws back to their previous format, that is giving workers their proper entitlements, awards, minium pay and rights to be in a union.

One thing this idiotic pro american prime minister forgot when americanizing the industrial relations act was that: AUSTRALIANS DON'T TIP.... or very, very rarely. So you now have a situation where workers are receiving lower wages and a lot worse working conditions.

What is good?? for america in a lot of cases is not good for Australia, we have our own standards and ideals and certainly don't want to be americanized as this great buddy buddy of Bushes is trying to do.

Now don't think I'm condeming the states, it's just that we are two totally different cultures, and this can be seen in so many, many ways. Although we descended from the british we have also grown apart from the motherland and it won't be too far down the track that we become a republic country.

Ha!!! Awesome!!! Politics on Flickr...I love it:). I do shop at WalMart...I don't like our Country's politics at the moment & believe WE could learn alot from the Scandanavian countries & Australia when it comes to Global Warming & environmental issues...That about sums up my feelings:). Glad you posted this photo!!
