Heey yoou!
... fair skin rascal.
Chimpanzees are our closest living relatives, sharing more than 98 percent of our genetic blueprint. Humans and chimps are also thought to share a common ancestor who lived some four to eight million years ago.
Did you know?
- Chimpanzees use large sticks and branches as clubs or throw them at enemies like leopards and humans.
- Chimps supplement their diets with meat, such as young antelopes or goats. Their most frequent victims, however, are other primates such as young baboons, colobus monkeys and blue monkeys.

Peacock Graceful Dance
The term peacock actually refers to the male of the species; together, with peahens, these birds are known as peafowl—but, it’s the peacocks that boast all that beautiful royal blue color. Most people refer to both sexes by the name "peacock" however.
A peacock’s train is comprised of up to two hundred feathers. A single train feather stretches between three and six inches.
