Goat Cheese Creme Brulee
Topped with local honey this was an intriguing dessert. You were hit with a distinct goat cheese texture and flavor which was keenly rounded and offset by the honey shell. It reminded us of the top side flavors of cherries, not the dark depth, but the acidic and aromatic points. This could be sided with a few macerated blueberries or tropical fruits and it'd go even farther.
