Bill really worked hard trying to figure out how he wanted to decorate the tops of the special tortes. A little glaze zig-zag and a nibble-able chocolate heart was the final decision. thesecretchocolatier.com

Thanks guys. It's always fun trying to come up with some angle that will work. The ones that don't you just know don't and I've got quite a few of them archived too hehe.

Rick, I'll talk to the chef once we clear Vday about a specialty chocolate cherry torte. That sounds spectacular.
