Shepherd's Pie

    Winged a custom shepherds pie. Base of ground beef + jalapeno + garlic + peas + chedder bechamel + yukon & yukon gold mash potatos mixed with sautee'd mushrooms.

      It had a tex-mex quality bend to it. With the jalapeno & cheddar bechamel it turned close to a nacho cheese base. A neat twist for this classic recipe.
