Oh no! We so take for granted the rain and sunshine for good crops year after year...and then. Good documentation.

That's terrible!!! Ours was just starting to do this, but now a lot of it is under water. I'm so sick of this feast or famine weather. It's about time we do something about it.

We can't take anything for granted around here. Usually it's too much rain we get. This year it's no rain at all.

Darin, what can we do? I agree that we need to do something, but what?

I think we have to start living like the life of the earth depends upon it. We need to start looking more to the sun, wind and water for our energy, and we just need to quit consuming so much. Who cares about our economy when there are more important things to be concerned about.

That's what I thought you meant. "We" as a people. I don't think it's going to happen because the world keeps getting worse and worse and as much as we'd like to do something, we can't force the politicians to do anything. The life of the earth does rely on how we treat it. I think we are nearing the end of days in this world. Not tomorrow or next week, but the end is happening because of human stupidity.

Plainly we in the UK seem to have had your share of the rain this year - it's been one of the wettest summers for many years.
