MSUDrillField

MSUDrillField by conceptDawg.
7 image stitched 180˙ panorama of Mississippi State University's Drill Field in the center of campus.

The buildings are (l to r): Lee Hall (languages), McCain Hall (engineering), Carpenter Hall (engineering), Mitchell Library, Swalm Chemical Engineering Building.

Swalm was built a couple of years ago and the donor made the University match the building on the other end of the Drill Field...so you get a mirror image of the buildings in this panorama.

The University was originally a military school and the Drill Field played a major role in that regard. It is still used today as a drilling space for ROTC cadets at MSU. It is also a major gathering area for students and on weekends is usually full of international students playing cricket, which is pretty cool.

I have a really large version of this if anybody wants to use it in a printed form. Just message me.
