      Celle la est belle! Parce que les gens en disent plus que les batiments (pour moi).
      C'est pas un coin franco.
      Ya un collège proche... Une rue commerciale avec des batiments hétérogènes, dont des vieux triplex. Je dirais un quartier central et assez ancien, plutot de l'ouest de l'ile.
      Pas très dense.
      Pas la moindre espèce d'idée.

      Un wild guess: NDG?

      you've got the right general area.

      there's no college right around this corner, although there are a bunch of primary and secondary schools. it has a really haphazard built form but it's very densely populated.

      and of course the ethnic makeup of the people should be a clue!

      Is this the western end of Pointe St-Charles? I could be way off, but the street in the background suggests Charlevoix.

      another hint: the vast majority of people who live around this street are immigrants. something like 80 percent.

      Mo Plamondon, non ?. Me semble que c'est l'Avenue Victoria que je vois, mais les gens font la file sur l'Avenue Van Horne.
