      The processing is fairly simple, I used a gradiant mask and the Lens Blur filter. I think the trick is to have a photo that works well as a fake T/S.

      All shots taken in Sydney. They're not real minitures, it's the fake T/S processing that makes it look like a miniture. It's a lot of fun.
