Missed a few weeks! Oops! Two to be exact!

I used: OPI Natural Nails Basecoat, OPI in Ballet Slippers for the background, OPI Big Apple Red, Zoya in Paz, and China Glaze in Happy Go Lucky. For the cloud I used a Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in white and finally topped it off with 2 coats of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails.
