This day was disgusting. I knew it was going to be bad the moment I woke up.
I just don't want to be trapped inside this suburban routine. Where selfishness is mixed up with selflessness. Where being happy isn't the most important thing. Where passion for life is replaced by obligations and expectations. That's not what I want. And that's not how I am going to live my life. I am free

Today I had the most beautiful day. For uni it was O Week and even though my main orientation is on Thursday I went for my best friend. The day started off slow but we had found out that Jonah Hill (yay) and Channing Tatum (nay) were coming to our uni for the premier of a new movie they were in. So at about 4 we started lining up and were about 3rd in line. In front of us were these hilarious guys that befriended us instantly. And I finally found someone doing my course! So we ended up staying at the uni for about 12 hours (so strange!) and made it home at about midnight. We didn't get to meet Jonah but Channing did throw his beer at us. Haha!

this is a nothing kind of photo of my friend farah who wasn't too enthusiastic about having her photo taken. but she has this amazing balcony that looks over our neighbouring suburbs that is like glitter at night.

I think I am becoming obsessed with surreal things.
I'm also really excited because tomorrow is O-Week for my university which means it is starting soon! And tomorrow my dad is buying new ink cartridges for our printer so I can make stickers.
It's currently pouring with rain. Today's photo will be up soon.
