Strobist water glob, take 0 580exII at 1/16th power, camera left, firing at white foamboard backdrop. Triggered via a very stretched out off-shoe TTL cord! Canon 5D, 2850k white balance, 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 at 105mm...as close to macro as I've got.
