Peyto Lake, Icefields Parkway, Alberta, CA
Wer auf dem Weg vom Jasper NP zum Banff NP ist, befindet sich in aller Regel auf einer der Traumstrassen dieser Welt, dem Icefield Parkway. Nach zwei Drittel des Weges ist der Peyto-Lake (Benannt nach den Trapper Bill Peyto) ausgeschildert. Nach einem kurzen Hike erreicht man diesen Viewpoint und wird vom Anblick fast erschlagen. So einsam wie auf dem Bild ist es hier jedoch nicht. Im 3/4 Takt werden hier die Touristen rangekarrt.
Fotografiert mit Canon EOS 5 und Objektiv Sigma 17 -35mm, Belichtung 1/60 mit Stativ. Digitalisiert mit Minolta DiaScanner, EVB mit PSP 7

Very good job!!!. I've been in this place, but wasn't so lucky with the weather. Also, some fires in the woods put some somke in the air and my pics didn't result as good as I imagined. Anyway, is an unforgetable place, the view is superb and your pic captured it. Compliments!
