    This tree reminds me of the red maple trees in Japanese gardens. I’ve always dreamed of seeing the red trees of Japan. Little did I know they can be found right here in New York City’s own garden. I have to admit processing this photo wasn’t easy. I processed it back in the fall and felt the result didn’t do this magnificent tree justice. I think I got it right this time.

      The crop, color and the subject dead center sends this through the roof Chris. Of course you told that child to lift his leg to get just the right amount of tension in the image. lol

      Pretty!! I have yet to see a tree like that over here. Japan has some amazing tree-scapes. They really know how to make things look beautiful & clean.
