Can I ask how you made animal? As I'm making a cake for my grandsons first birthday and he loves the muppets

Thank you so much, trishiec! countrygirl, I made animal with plain old fondant. If I had it to do again, I would add some tylose powder so it would dry faster and stronger. I made him a week or two in advance, and put him on parchment paper and a cookie sheet in the oven with just the light on every night. The warmth of the light is enough to help dry your figure without being so warm that it melts. I used water to stick all of his pieces together (now I would used tylose mixed with water, which is called edible glue - it works better), toothpicks hold his hands to his arms, and his arms to his body. I put a wooden skewer from his body up through part of his head, and used the bottom to stick him in the cake. You can barely notice, but I used a six inch round cakeboard covered in black fondant for stability. It's inside where the drum is black - I poked a hole in it big enough to fit the skewer through and that helped keep him up. For the edible glue I mix 2 tablespoons of very warm water with 1/4 teaspoon of tylose. Mix it a bit with a toothpick and let it sit until it becomes pretty clear. Keep it in the fridge so it stays fresh. Hope I've helped!
