Bleeding Hearts & Smashed Viking Skulls - Tattoo Flash for Black Rose Tattoo Parlour

This small painting was done as a gift for my friends down at Black Rose Tattoo Parlour in Bellingham, Washington.

They were kind enough to have me down to spend a couple days at their shop - a fantastic space unlike any shop I've ever seen. It feels like a completely renovated Victorian home, complete with all kinds of interesting nooks and crannies, lots of natural light, and most importantly, it's covered floor to ceiling with great tattoo flash, much of it painted by the tattooers that work there.

So, if you dig real American Traditional Tattoos and you find yourself in the Pacific Northwest you should definitely pay them a visit, incredible tattooers and super nice guys too.
