Ahh, Indiana.

I got this letter in the mail today. It says it wants to clear up some confusion, but it actually leaves me with more questions than answers. To name a few:

-What's the difference between the Richmond Family Care Center and the Reid Family Health Center, and why would anyone pick such similar names in the same small town?

-What do you mean you "will not be able to follow with the physicians?" - are they not practicing medicine any more? Are they not taking new patients? Are they just not in the same insurance provider network?

-The letter contains three different phone numbers to call for more information. Which one do they really want us to use?

Ugh.
