      @ Lazlo - Hehe, it's an EF-S lens so it won't fit your camera, only EF will, but you can use the wonderful 100mm macro :P.

      Daerice, it's a wild lizard.
      I think it's a she actually because the males have a dewlap (coloured appendage on the throat).

      But whatever 'it' is, it was feisty :-P
