Walking down the Enterprise-D corridor was unreal, but chatting with Denise and Michael Okuda about all the easter eggs and in-jokes in an okudagram on the wall was completely surreal.
Apparently they've had to edit out a lot of the visual humor in the HD version, because the audience wasn't supposed to be able to see it.
