Skittles Vodka (with instructions)
Desperate times call for desperate measures. This means that K-Rudds Alcopop tax has driven girls to making their own! Here are some bottles of skittles vodka that Erin made. I actually haven't tried it yet, other than a little bit of leftovers, which seemed all right. I'll update this later to say how it is (if I remember).
The difference in colour of the two leftmost bottles is clearer than on my other photo, which is good.
The instructions are quite long, but that's because they like to state the obvious an awful lot. It really boils down to this.
1. Separate your skittles into colours
2. Mix 60 skittles and approx. 180mL vodka in empty water bottles
3. Shake the bottles well and leave them overnight.
4. Lots of white residue will be left, filter this out using a coffee
filter or similar. Depending how viscous it is you may have to repeat
this step.
5. Chill (in freezer) and serve.
Believe it or not, that was an 8 page email that I managed to abbreviate to five lines!

Thanks for all the positive comments guys. I'm really happy with this photo, it's about the first time that I've had an idea in my mind of the photo I want to take, and it's come out as I imagined. A big moment for me!
I'd love to know what it tastes like, but I'm too busy photographing it!
I've got two bottles of each flavour in the freezer at the moment, but they can't be drunk because I have an idea for another shot, I just need to make some ice for it first.

Someone at work told me about that, I think we'll give it a go once we've got through this. However 2.5L of vodka went into this, so we're going to have to have quite a party to drown it all!

Very intreguing...the picture and the recipe. The corked bottles and the color gradation are gorgeous. This photograph would be perfect to hang behind a home bar are in a den.

If u like the taste of a skittles drink, try this shooter... Its a drop shop'... drop a 1oz shot glass full of butterripple schnapps, into a small glass with @ 2oz of 7-up with just a few droops of real lime juice. and slam it back! mmmmm yummy!!
