onigiri stories: help yourself
I went to see the movie "Kamome-Diner" in the morning on Sunday. it's a story about a small Japanese eating-house on a street corner in Helsinki, Finland. their visual footage of japanese food is PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL, which makes me droooooool and too hard to stop my stomach growling during the whole film.
no sooner the film was over than I jumped on my car and drove back home, and made onigiri =japanese rice balls as many as I could. here, my onigiris are a kind of funny-looking (don't blame me! I know that I'm clumsy), not as tempting as I saw in the movie but- anyway. why not have a bite !????
served with my home-made pickled vegetables.

Those look better than my onigiri.
I'm glad I did a search for onigiri and found your photo, had I not I wouldn't have discovered this kamome film.
