Pure white chocolate with a light tint of color, worked to an astonishing thinness. It supports itself, but as you might imagine, it's very delicate.
An understated yellow tint enhances the soft feel of this finely-crafted chocolate rose.
This one suffered a bit of damage while it was being created, but somehow that just adds to its charm.
