MMMM, Morning Latte

One of the best things about morning is a delicious latte made my the live-in barista, Mr Chiots. We use Colombian coffee brought back from Colombia by my dad (that counts as local doesn't it?) and raw milk from the local farm.

Oh yeah, I have a live-in barista too. Sadly he has been out of town for two weeks and all I know how to make is pressed coffee:)

Oh, so sad. Mr Chiots usually makes me some espresso to use when he's gone, I mix with milk and warm up on the stove, almost as good as fresh. I can use the machine, but he's very skilled at it, It's his "thing". He's very proud of being able to make the perfect pull of espresso.
