I can count 8 piercings, 9 if you include the ear piercing that was expanded to hold a plug. And that's just on this side of his face!

This gaijin punk appeared out of nowhere and immediately had a big circle of people around him, gawping at his hair and multiple piercings.

The funny thing was, the kids that were usually getting all the attention were also the ones clamouring up to him to get a photo.
