rubbish emergency in Campania

The level of emergency is high, here in Campania , a region in the south Italy with 13,595 km² for a population of 8,000,000 inhabitants, rubbish dumps are overload and the local gouvernments aren’t able to find new sites for the rubbish, that stay in the streets under a temperature of 25-30 grades and a strong sun shine with an hard problem of hygiene:often people keep fire to them for anger causing the diffusion of tossic gasses.

The State is at the work for creating a great building in Acerra (near by Naples) for burn rubbish making energy that go to be ready in december 2007 after controversies from the people and long long discussion and cooperation with State and UE Commitee too.

For the moment, the problem is that between the citizens no one want a temporary rubbish dump near by his home because in this years of emergency, the death for tumors is increased.
While, Camorra, a businness criminal sistem more important than Mafia in Sicily, threat the authority to invade this problem for domine political corruption and economy. Camorra is the main fear of this great plague in Campania affairs, for the moment its create a lot of illicit rubbish dumps in this land for dangeous rubbish of industrial area from North Italy, a businness of million of euros that make the Camorra a leader in illegal economy.
