      Takes me back to my childhood and young adulthood --trudging through the snow to "The Jewel's". Nice photo.

      Ah, yes -- "The Jewel's." Once my mother managed to horrify my sister by accidentally stating, in front of her teenage friends, that she was going to "K-mart's." My sister's shrill, "Oh, mother! It's K-MART. Singular. No possessive! K-MART!" and up-to-heaven eye roll worthy of Patricia Routledge in the opening sequence in "Keeping Up Appearances" ensured that for at least a decade after that, Mom made sure to call it "K-mart's."
