Ventimiglia market, Italy

We went to this little town on the Italian Riviera called Ventimiglia specifically for this market. Besides the wonderful produce, there is also a great fish and seafood section, selling arguably the best fish on the Riviera.

Legend has it that Frank Cerutti, of the Louis XV in Monaco, can be found around these parts about twice a week buying for his restaurant. It's not all that surprising really, you could see for yourself how fresh the seafoods here were.
