This is a set of photos from the dinner I made last night, with the help of Aki, David, John, Max, and V. There were a few things that didn't make the photo ops, including green curry with beef and Nam-prik Long Ruea relish, a pungent relish served with the crispy catfish and caramelized belly pork pictured here.
