      It looks like Brie de Meaux but I guess you bought it at the market today so must be local. Looks yummy.

      Good guess! I wasn't at the market in Olonzac today but in Béziers. I picked it up in les Halles and yes, it is Brie de Meaux.
      It is really ripe and really delicious!
