Chewy has quite a span of girth. In other words, she's a little on the chesty side of things. So sometimes, when positioned just so, Chewy gets turtled. That is to say, stuck on her back.

She's such a goofball of fur it's always funny to watch how Chewy gets herself unstuck from being turtled on the sofa.

Chewy and Aunty Lisa share a Thanksgiving Day moment on the couch. Lisa asked Chewy if she was up for a belly rub, which Chewy immediately accepted, of course, while Uncle Dan explains just how lucky a dog she is to receive such attention.

From the looks of things, perhaps KiKi want's a belly rub, too?

After a long day of Thanksgiving activities there is no better place than the couch for Chewy to rest up and recollect on the wonderful day with friends and family.

She is so tired she can barely keep her eyes open. There was no shortage of turkey shred with Chew today.

Dogs are truly amazing animals. While walking around the dog park this weekend Chewy stopped in her tracks and made a point of lifting her nose high in the air to get a sniff of something. The source remained illusive until she turned around and followed the scent.

That something is actually downwind from Chewy and standing in the shadows of the brush. If you look very closely, you will see the white crested chest of a yearling whitetail dear that has most certainly taken notice of Chewy.
