Had this for lunch. Grilled Mahi-Mahi fish. I don't know how to describe the texture or the flavor, but it's somewhat similar to the more expensive Lapu-lapu (or grouper for non-filipinos out there)

grilled and lightly seasoned with salt. Best served with Filipino lemon (kalamansi) like shown.

	Chewy Chua says: hi rey! nice of you to drop by here. the DOF was not intentional. actually, i was shooting in low light so I had to get a wide aperture shot to get the brightness that i wanted. thanks for the kind comment.
