Heading down Where Ed's Trail met up with the old road on Silver Star Mountain, we decided not to continue to the summit. We were tired and we'd had lots of views so we decided not to push ourselves and headed back to the trailhead. This is looking east from the old road.

Very nice!! I was up at Red Rock Pass, Mt St Helens on the 2nd and the bear grass was just thick up there too. I'd never seen so much in bloom in one spot!
