Where Dreams Begin

Here you are!!!

... where your voice rises in the miasma,
and all I can do is stand still, before I can even
move—its soft breath slips into my lungs like
water, a summer Serengeti, an endless pine.

Collectively, we walk as one, where we compose
photographs into fountains, coalesce our features,
until even I, cannot tell whose hand is whose—
the synchronicity sings, as the moments evolve.
