Eggplant parmigiania and Trini Hops Bread 2

    Yumy hot sandwich built from the eggplant parmigiania Lilandra made. Paired with Trini hops bread, which is known for its crusty tops and fluffy insides, it was a great dinner.

    (makeshift lighting under the stove hood and perhaps a too-wide aperture, so it's not quite as in focus as I wanted. But the hops bread looks shiny and you can see the wavy eggplant detail)
