Sunday Brunch 2

    I made the bread Saturday evening. So Sunday around brunch time, after I got the groceries - Irish Brown Soda Bread with fried eggs and cheese! With Maple tea on the side. The Original Maple Tea. Gift from Jeff and Tamara, brought from Canada of course.

      You know, I have never made bread but I am going to put it on my list of things to do...this looks so yummy...

      I used to think making bread was so very hard - too hard to think of. But when you get to try things for small numbers, like say one...lots of things seem more manageable. But you should try bread. I loved when Mom made (makes) bread. She'd have a whole line of people waiting for it right out of the oven with cheese and butter.
