To include a link in a note, you need to use HTML code. For example, to make the words "Click Here" a link, they need to be wrapped in the HTML <a></a> tags. So, you would type:
<a href="http://website.to.link.to"> Click Here</a>
That that should make the text of the note a link. I hope that helps.
