Probably a car doing some filming for Google's Streetview Project. Shot close to the Victoriapark, Berlin.

paaaarrrraaannnnooooiiiiiaaaa....

man sieht doch deutlich das das eine einzelne videokamera ist... da nimmt jemand eine autofahrt auf, privat oder für ein projekt... und das stativ ist dahingewurschtelt... eine profi aufhängung ist mit saugnäpfen oder direkt am rahmen festgeschraubt... nicht ein stativ durchs schiebedach, LOLx100...

video & fotografie.... sehr unterschiedliche dinge....

google hat 9 kameras auf dem dach, mit einem langen stahlrohr und 3 lasern für spätere 3D ansicht, plus GPS receiver und kleine antenne fur GSM/3G/WiFi scanning... das sieht ein bisschen anders und PROFESSIONELLER aus als das hier, LOL...

und ein schweizer kennzeichen sollte doch sofort fragen aufwerfen... und dann noch bern, eine stadt mit der google nichts zu tun hat... google CH sitzt in züri... in D in hamburg (deswegen googlenettas mit HH kennzeichen in D!!!)....
