Took somewhere around 4-5 hours to cook all
the way through.
We had a low temp convection oven and it
was covered with
foil. To answer the question, yes, it was
freaking delicious! Near
100 portions per loaf.

That is awesome. I made a meatloaf on
Saturday. It wasn't anywhere near this size
though. (in case you were wondering)

size does matter. this is a great
picture--great framing and angle, and the
contrast between the cool smoothness of the
steel and the warm texture of the meatloaf is
wonderful.
