This logo is eminent domain meaning it was taken out of a book of logos that cannot be trademarked. Rocket dog took this logo out of the book of symbols, took the leash off the dog and jimmied the hair. This was never their original design. No theivery involved on DPC's end. The DPC designer went into the book of symbols and took it directly from the book. The entire concept of Duboce Park Cafe is because it is across the street from a dog park.
