What train line was this? I think I may have been on the same train. I boarded the 6:27pm departing train from San Francisco.

That looks very real to me. Weird that he doesn't seem to have the ear buds with the built-in mike that allow you to receive a call. It's also funny that Apple has never shown an iPhone actually being used as an iPod in any of their materials, but obviously you're going be using earbuds with one as often as not. Nice catch. You'll be hearing from Apple soon :-)

Blackbrutha is definately getting an iPhone. Will sell my bug ridden' sluggish Treo 700p and upgrade to a better piece of technology. Can wait for pocket Photoshop to be released ....alpha version comming soon. Retail price is gonna be USD $49 .....Blackbrutha has spoken.

I just wanted to point out something quite obvious: The headphones are plugged into the wrong side on top. On the iPhone, in Job's keynote (and online, i think), the headphones are supposed to be plugged into the top right of the device (also in iPods). So, unfortunately, this would not be an iPhone.

TVT 8th Grade Trip is completely wrong -- the headphones clearly go in the top left, according to every image and the keynote. The top right is the sleep mode switch. You can see both in the image above, as well as here :
