This small room started off as a dining room, but these days it's where I seem to spend most of my time during the day, working on the computer or the table, looking out on the garden. It's a cosy place to be on winter days. There's usually a cat or two asleep on the table and the dog lying on the rug beside me.

November garden.

The last day of November, overcast skies but no frost yet and there's still a lot of leaf on the perennials. Salads, including some very late sowings, continue to thrive in pots. It may be dull and overcast but there's a good breeze that's great for getting the washing dry.
