Went on a photo shoot the other night and couldn't resist the opportunity to stand in traffic at mid-night on a dark, rainy night.
oh, and as you can probably tell, I'm trying to challenge myself with more non-portrait photos...just fyi.

An excellent almost ground level shot. The vanishing point is excellent as are the reflections off the wet pavement. The texture of the cobblestone covered bridge surface offers just the right amount of texture from the headlamps coming across and creating some pock mocked shadows. Better be careful, green lights are imminent.

yes, I was in the middle of the road and for some reason I thought nothing of it. lol. Luckily I had a friend who was watching my back for cars turning into my back. no accidents. however, this shot was taken -just- before I almost got hit. literally...lol...I snapped it and jumped out of the way then looked at the photo and just loved it.
have you ever taken a photo, processed it, and stepped back thinking it was just plain 'right'? Thats how I feel about this one...it just feels right. very proud of it (c:
