For one person to read the message address to him, the person must know there is a message waiting to be read.... How does the person know about it, if not by the one who made the note in the first place? At which point... why not simply tell the second person your message? Imagine the conversation:
- Hey Jim! I've written a note for you to read at the Notificator! Go see it!.
- Okay John! I'll write back an answer and call you back to tell you to go read it....
- Oh goody how much fun we have!
