I left my heart in Wales; UK!!

This is baked by me. Bake in Southern California.

During my stay in University of Wales; I met a few Sain, Sally, Janet, Elizabert h....

I have a Welsh god father John Hayward, who was the Dean of the Science faculty.

We use to get together in the weekend so that we could mutually exchange of food culture.

Sain Major & Natalie were very close to me , Sain had thought me the recipe of bake Welsh cake & cook the welsh food.

Janet from North Wales have took me back to her home in Bangor. I really enjoy the Welsh food culture. In some way it ressemble the Fujian & Mongolian culture.

Well, I missed are my Welsh extened families.

I think of you all & I missed you all.

my Nain (granny - pronounced "nine") used to cut out the rolled dough mix with a glass (edge dipped in flour) and cooked them slowly on a greased cast iron griddle on top of the stove. Traditionally, they're served hot, with butter.These look scrumptious !
