Sometimes I can't stand how cute and sweet she is :)

P.s. Right now she's whining to get out of my room. LOL.

On Friday and Saturday I had some visiting days with my mom. I didn't get to go to her house, but we went to eat, and on the way back home to my foster family, I saw the sunset was just so pretty and I didn't want to miss it! Plus I was finally dressed out of my pajamas LOL and looked decent to have my picture taken, and so I decided to finish off my roll of film, and then have some pictures taken of me :)

Anyways, we went out and I asked her to take a couple pictures of me since I didn't have my tripod or remote with me. I would've done it myself had I had them!

So there I was, telling my mom to PLEASE focus the camera. NOBODY can take a decent picture of me. EVERY TIME the pictures come out BLURRY. I said, "Mom, all you have to do it press the shutter halfway and then it will focus, then press the button."

"How do you do that?" She always asks.
"Mom, just press it halfway to focus." I'm getting irritated....but I try to remain cool, calm, and collected and be patient.

So I'm standing there smiling, ready for a picture, and it's been about 10 seconds with her still pressing the shutter halfway.

"Mom, it's focused." I say.

So she clunkily presses the shutter, and I'm sure it's blurry.

So she goes and looks at the picture on the camera screen and says, "ohhh noo it's blurry!"

Ugh. I want to just sigh and scream. NOBODY can take a decent picture of me. haha. So I go and see maybe if the autofocus is off. I go from Afs to afc to afa...etcccc...
Nope...every shot she takes comes out blurry.

So I tell my mom to try manual focus.

So I get in the pose and wait and wait and WAIT.
I look at my mom. Her glasses are halfway slipping down her nose while she peers intensely in the viewfinder.

"I can't see! I can't see!" She says. She then proceeds to tell me that her glasses are bad and she can't tell when it's focused or not.

There I am standing in this pose like I'm balancing on one leg, sweating, it's hot out, and I'm waiting and waiting....and in the mean time I'm looking at my mother stare through the camera eyepiece as if she's trying to find a bacteria through a microscope.

I then get so frustrated. I even have a picture from this mini shoot where I'm so frustrated looking, and I'm pouting and MAD and stomping my foot. Hahaha. Maybe I'll upload it ;)

So yes, every picture came out blurry. Even this one, but it's not so bad. I give my mom credit for taking these pictures :) She's no professional, so yeahh I'll cut her some slack.

It's just....when I want some nice, FOCUSED pictures of myself next time, maybe I'll hire one of you guys to take my picture :)
